What are the stars you see?
You can see if a product is sponsored for any keyword you are tracking within your project.
When you see the ★ icon next to the product's rank, hover over the star icon, and you will also see on which page it has been sponsored.
What are the Amazon signs you see?
Also, products may now be featured in the Editorial Recommendations on some Amazon page results. It looks like this:
