The amazing REPORT CENTER 💌 unlocks mega scheduling capabilities for excel reports to be sent on an automated basis to you and the people you work with based on the frequency you set.
I What are Scheduled Reports?
Scheduled Reports are Excel reports that recipients can receive automatically in their email inbox periodically, at a specific day of the week or month.
II How to access Report Center?
Click on the "CORE" icon to open the "REPORT CENTER" from the section next to the navigation bar.
III What are the different types of scheduled reports and how to use them?
Once you are inside the scheduled reports page, click on the "schedule" tab for the type of report you want to send on an automated basis as per your desired time.
What reports does this tool offer?
a) Single Product Data: This enables you to schedule an export historical public data related to a single product for up to 90 days.
The feature enables you to automate reports on data around the product. This will include - Price, Ratings, Stars Rating, BSR, Product Details Page, Keywords Ranks, Annotations)
*You can choose to run your reports right away by clicking on the "Run" tab, next to the "schedule" tab.
🏹Clicking on the "schedule" tab will enable you to select the "Project" and the
"product " for which you want to schedule a report.
🏹You can schedule the report to a daily or weekly parameter. The weekly parameter will allow you to also choose the day of the week to automate your report.
🏹Advanced Reports option allows you to add up to 6 recipients.
*If there are no recipients, the report will be sent to all your account members.
Using the advanced settings you can customize your email templates directly from here, for instance, depending on who you are sending the report to or any additional information that you want to add to your email.
b) Tracked Products List: This will allow you to schedule an export for the list of all your tracked products by selecting the desired Project that contains all these products. The reports include data on: ASIN, Price, Ratings, Stars Rating, Department BSR, Estimated Monthly Sales, Competitiveness Score.
a) Single Keyword Search Results: Using this export you are able to automate export for the most recent search results data related to a single keyword for the day.
b) Tracked Keywords List: This sends scheduled exports of the list of all your tracked keywords inside the selected Project.
c) Tracked Products Keywords Ranks: This enables you to set up timely exports for historical daily keywords rankings data related to the products you're tracking in a given project.
d) Keywords Search Results
Export & schedule exports for historical search results data related to a given group of keywords for a selected time period. ( add report)
The report consists of all the important KPIs around a keyword. It includes:
👉ASINs ranking organically on the Keyword.
👉Name of the ASIN
👉Number of sellers
👉Number Of Reviews
3. BEST SELLER RANK
a) Top 100 Selling Products: This amazing feature enables you to export a list of the top 100 selling products based on their Best Sellers Rank or Sales Rank for a given category for a single day.
Once you click on the "schedule" tab, it enables you to select your desired "Marketplace" and "search among browse nodes", as to which category or subcategory you want the data for.
b) Top 100 Selling Products History: This allows you to schedule an export of historical daily data of the top 100 selling products 😮 based on their Best Sellers Rank or Sales Rank for a given category for a specified time period.
On a daily basis, we fetch data tied to the top 100 selling products in every single browse node or category on Amazon. This data includes information on the title, price, number of customer ratings, average rating, and sales rank.

a) Product Sales Report: This allows you to schedule export for historical sales data related to a single product.
b) Seller Sales Report: This enables you to set up timely exports for historical sales data related to your Seller Central account. If you have multiple MWS accounts connected to the platform, you can select the preferred account to create scheduled reports for.
c) Seller Sales Orders: This will allow you to schedule an export report for historical orders data related to a single Seller Central account.
a) Project Data: It allows you to schedule reports for historical daily data related to the products and keywords you're tracking in a given project. It consists of up to 90 days of data around the tracked products and keywords.
You can choose the project of your choice and also the members who you want to send it to.
The WORKSPACE Report allows you to schedule reports for the Last 7 Days Account Data, it includes the historical daily data related to the products and keywords you're tracking in your entire account.
Once you have scheduled all the exports, the list is registered in the "Scheduled Reports" section. You can edit all your scheduled reports here.
