1. What are Premium Reports?
Premium Reports are PDF and Google Sheet reports to be sent either on the fly or on an automated basis to you and the people you work with based on the frequency you set. They're Premium by their complexity and the immense amount of data we collect from Amazon to compile them.

2. What are the types of Premium Reports available?
Here are some examples of Premium Reports:
A. On Products:
→ Competitors Identification: Identify products that are most likely to be competing with a set of selected products.
B. On Keywords:
→ Tracked ASINs Keywords Ranks History: a report showing historical changes in organic and sponsored keyword ranking performance for specific tracked ASINs based on selected keywords.
→ Share of Voice: Discover the search or digital shelf performance of brands on Amazon via DataHawk's Share of Voice, a KPI reflecting brands' visibility for specific search queries. C. On Best Seller Rank

3. How to get Analysis Credits?
To schedule and run DataHawk Premium Reports, you'll need to buy Analysis Credits through the subscription & Billing page of your account.
First, check how many Analysis Credit you currently own. Head over to your account page, click on Subscription and billing and locate the Analysis Credit bar.
We offer 10 credits during a 14-day trial period and 2 credits per month on a freemium plan.
To get more Analysis Credits, click on the Update subscription button on the top right left of your screen on your Billing page. Got to section 2 Select Your Quotas, and select your monthly allocation in terms of Analysis Credits to be used for generating advanced premium reports.
Your new subscription status will be updated, and you'll receive your Analysis Credits right after check out!
3. How to use Analysis Credits?
Each Premium Report consumes a certain amount of Analysis credits each send.
If you schedule a Report that consumes 5 Analysis Credits to run weekly for one month, you will consume 20 Analysis Credits for the month.
The cost of each Premium Report indicated next to each report in the yellow icon next to it:
To track your monthly Analysis Credits consumption, move towards your account page > Subscription and billing > Quotas and click on View History under Analysis Credits
You will then get access to your Analysis Credits Consumption:
→ What if my report requires an excessive amount of data?
Some reports cannot be generated due to an excessive amount of data. Try running your report on a shorter time period or contact our team for further assistance.
→ What if I click twice on the button Run? Will I be withdrawal 2 times the amount of Analysis Credits for the report?
Don't worry, we will send you a message saying: "A report with the same parameters has been run recently. Are you sure you want to run this report again?" in order to confirm that it was your intention to run the report twice.
