"Your credentials have no profile to be processed" error message.

On your Amazon Advertising integrations page, if you see such an error message or a similar one next to an alert icon under the account name column, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • There are no advertising accounts tied to the connection you attempted making

  • The connection you attempted making is tied to an account type that isn't allowed to fetch data from the Amazon Advertising API

Our recommendation is to double-check that you picked the right account when making the connection.
