DataHawk subscription plans are based on annual sales volume.

How to change to a different subscription plan?

  1. Login to your DataHawk account

  2. Click on the user icon on the bottom left-hand side

  3. Choose settings from the drop-down menu

  4. Now select "update subscription" from the menu on the left-hand side

  5. You can select the plan based on your need. If your needs exceed the presented plans, click on the "Talk to Sales" button under "Custom Plan."

How to change to an Annual Subscription?

  1. Follow the same steps as above till step number 4.

  2. Select the plan you want and make sure the toggle is switched to "Annually" to ensure you are subscribing to the annual plan.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your paid subscription anytime.

Billing is done monthly. You will receive a monthly invoice by email confirming your continued subscription.
