Choose settings from the drop-down menu
Now select "subscriptions and billing" from the menu on the left-hand side

What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your 14-day free trial, you can choose to subscribe to a DataHawk plan. Your account access will be downgraded to a Freemium plan if no action is taken.
Can I cancel my plan later on?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. After Cancellation, you can continue to use your account features until the expiration date.
How will my subscription be processed?
Subscriptions are either processed annually or Monthly.
How frequently is the Data in my dashboard updated?
Data is updated every day.
What is your refund policy?
If you choose to upgrade your subscription, credits will be refunded to your account at a pro-rated rate. You will then be charged for the upgraded subscription.
Can I expense my refunded credits?
Yes, refunded credits are used for future subscriptions and quota upgrades.
