Need info on refunds? You're in the right place.

Subscribers who would like to change their DataHawk plan are eligible for a prorated refund.
Subscribers who wish to cancel without switching to another plan are not eligible for a refund.

To change your subscription plan, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account and choose to update your subscription.

    ex: Change billing cycle from annual to monthly.

  • The subscription amount will be credited back to the user balance prorated.

  • The new monthly subscription amount will be then deducted from your balance.

  • The remaining credits will be used towards the renewal of your monthly subscription.

After your request is received and processed, your user account will be credited.
