Connections is a feature that allows you to send DataHawk data to your own Business Intelligence (BI) tools in order to build your own custom dashboards and reports.
With Connections, you can decide between two different paths:
Google Sheets: Send aggregated DataHawk data straight to Google Sheets. Analyze this data through one of our pre-built spreadsheet dashboards, or build your own template to suit your company’s needs.
Advanced Integrations: Connect a dedicated DataHawk database to your BI Tools and other destinations, allowing you access to our rich, raw data. These tools can include Power BI, Looker, Tableau, and much more. Click here for a full list of compatible tools.

What Is Your DataHawk Database?
Upon enabling Connections, we create a database dedicated to your account. Google Sheets users need not worry about the details of this database; it is simply the source of the data that is dumped into your sheet each hour. On the flipside, Advanced Integrations users will need to connect this database to their BI Tools, as detailed here.
