Connections allow you to scale your access to DataHawk analytics by integrating your preferred data Destinations. Get automated reports on Google Sheets and customize dashboards directly within Sheets or with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.

A Destination is any tool you can connect to a database in order to enable analytics, machine learning, or any other data-driven workflow. The various Destinations displayed on DataHawk are as follows:

Snowflake Ecosystem

When you enable Connections, we build a specific database filled with your DataHawk data hosted on Snowflake.

This database we provide is compatible with the full Snowflake ecosystem, and any tool that can connect to Snowflake is a supported destination.

Sending Data to Business Intelligence Tools

For scaling reports, deeper data sharing, and technical use cases. Learn more below:

DataHawk provides a hosted database via Snowflake; the full Snowflake ecosystem is available as Destinations. Here's a list of the most used BI tools that connect to Snowflake with links to their respective setup documentation.

Sending data to Google Sheets

Snowflake doesn't have a direct connection to Google Sheets possible as of today. You can use third-party ETL tools like HighTouch to send data to Destinations that our Snowflake database does not cover directly.

You can easily connect the DataHawk-Snowflake database to HighTouch and then automate a sync between HighTouch and Google Sheets dashboard. Here's the documentation for this kind of implementation.

Alternatively, you can use our BigQuery integration, as BigQuery natively integrates with Google Sheets.

📘 Other tools: Note that this setup via a third-party ETL tool can work for any tool that doesn't directly connect with Snowflake.

Google BigQuery Ecosystem

Upon request, we can create your DataHawk-powered database on BigQuery.

BigQuery will notably be easier to integrate with Looker Studio and Google Sheets natively.

Just reach out to us with your request, and we'll set it up for you.
