Sources allow users to connect their Amazon and/or Walmart data to their DataHawk workspace and are fundamental to enabling most DataHawk features. Being the starting point for all use-cases, with Sources, users can monitor product and search changes, inform advertising decisions, review financials, and have the data of their choice sent to Destinations such as Google Sheets and other business intelligence tools. With Sources, users have complete control and can choose the data source to connect to their favorite Destination. This, combined with the capability to get automated reports on Google Sheets and customizable dashboards within Sheets or BI tools, allow users to have full autonomy on the visualized data.

How to add sources?

There are three different methods through which a user can add product data from Amazon and Walmart.

  • By ASIN/ Walmart Product ID

    • The user enters a list of ASINs (Amazon) or Product IDs (Walmart) to track the corresponding products.

  • By URL

    • The user enters a list of URLs to track the corresponding products.

By Search Result [Coming Soon]

  • The user enters a search term and the top results from the corresponding marketplaces will be tracked automatically.
